Due to the imminent demise of my MySpace blog due to the shiny new firewall, I decided to give this one another look.
Not too bad.
I also found this nifty button called “private” so maybe this blog can do double duty. WordPress rocks!
Anyways, MySpace gets on my nerves. I really only go on there because of the people I know and not because it’s such a fabulous interface – it’s not. Too much flash, too many ads, too many bugs. Checking stuff on MySpace is a headache and the design just makes me aggro. The good thing is, the blogs all have rss integrated, so the blogs that I really want to keep up with, I just added to my bloglines so I can get around the firewall thingie. I won’t leave comments, but at least I can keep up to date – and I won’t have to bog down my server getting those stupid ads or all the idiotic formatting that some people – much as I love them – insist on doing.
